Newgen Infosoft Pvt Ltd Noida is actually situated at House No 33A on the second floor, right near the Gurudwara in Munirka, New Delhi. Even though the name mentions Noida, this is where our main hub is currently located. Getting up to the second floor is a bit of a workout every morning, especially if the stairs are crowded. The area around Munirka is always buzzing with students and people on their way to work, so there is a lot of energy right outside our door. Our office isn't very large, but we have managed to fit everyone in comfortably enough. We focus on a lot of software and info-related tasks, so the room is usually filled with the sound of clicking keyboards and the hum of the air conditioner. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that, just a regular door that leads to our workspace. We have a small area where we keep our bags and coats, and a corner for the water cooler which is a popular spot during the summer months. It is a down-to-earth place where we just focus on the job at hand and try to stay productive throughout the week. We try to stay out of the way of the neighbors and just do our work.
