This branch of Netel Technology Pvt Ltd is located at 4/2736 Beahri Colony in Shahdara. If you have ever been to Shahdara, you know how packed the lanes are. Our building is right in the middle of all that activity. We have got a small office here where we handle a lot of the technical servicing and support. It is often quite loud because of the street noise, but you get used to it after a few days. The office is not very big, so we have to be organized with how we store things. We have stacks of equipment and tools in most of the corners. It is a very functional space. We do not have a receptionist or a waiting lounge; people just come in and talk to whoever is free at the desk. We are mostly busy with repairs and software stuff. The guys working here are just regular technicians who have been doing this for years. We do not have a dress code or anything like that. We just wear what is comfortable for working on hardware. Some days we have way too much work and the office feels tiny, and other days it is just us catching up on paperwork. It is a local operation, and we know most of the regular shopkeepers nearby. We do not do much in terms of promotion; the sign outside is usually enough for people to find us.
