Neelkanth Town Planners & Developer

Our office is on the ground floor of B-15, in Westend Colony. It’s a decent spot in South West Delhi, though it can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely for Block B. Neelkanth Town Planners & Developer is basically what the name says. We spend our time planning out spaces and trying to get developments moving. It’s a lot of technical work, looking at blue prints and dealing with the local authorities. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team and we do most of the heavy lifting ourselves. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone on the phone or the printer going off. We don't use a lot of fancy language when we talk to people. We just tell them what’s possible and what’s going to take more time. Planning is a slow process, and we’ve learned to be patient with it. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know most of the hurdles that come up. It’s not always exciting, and there is a lot of waiting around for approvals, but it’s what we do. We just stay focused on the project at hand and try to make sure everything is in order before the next step starts. It is a lot of boring desk work but it matters.
