Neelkanth Overseas

Neelkanth Overseas is situated on the ground floor of building 1/6 in East Patel Nagar. It is a residential area mostly, but our street has a few offices and shops tucked in. We like being on the ground floor because it makes moving things in and out much easier. We do not have to deal with elevators or stairs. The space is not huge, just a few rooms where we sit and handle our paperwork. Most of our work involves talking to people over the phone and arranging things. Outside, the neighborhood is quite lively. You can hear the vegetable sellers and the kids playing sometimes. It is a bit quieter than the main markets, which is nice. We have been in East Patel Nagar for quite a bit. The office has some old furniture and a lot of files piled up on the shelves. It is not a place where we host big meetings. Usually, it is just the staff here working through the morning. We take a lunch break and maybe walk down the street to get some snacks. It is a very normal, everyday kind of setup. We do not have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. The floor is made of old stone and the walls could probably use some paint, but it feels like home to us. We just do our bit of work and go home to our families in the evening.
