New Legends

We are located at Shop No-5 in Guru Nanak Market which is part of Lajpat Nagar 4. If you know this part of Delhi you know how crowded and loud it can get during the day. New Legends is tucked away in a row of other shops and it can be easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number. Inside it is mostly just racks and some mirrors on the walls. We spend a lot of time just rearranging things to make more space. The floor is made of grey stone and it stays relatively cool even when the sun is beating down on the market outside. We usually have the radio playing some low music in the background to drown out the noise of the rickshaws and the people haggling nearby. Our lunch break is usually just a quick sandwich or some samosas from the vendor across the lane. We have been here for a few years and the walls have some scuffs from moving boxes around all the time. It is a very practical kind of place. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are mostly focused on the stock we have. Every night we pull down the heavy metal shutter and head home tired. It is just a normal shop life in a very busy city where we try to keep up with the daily rush of customers.
