You can find us at Khasra 712-13 in Village Ghewra, which is out in the New Delhi area near the border. Since we handle oils and grains at Nature Oils & Grains India, being in a village setting like Ghewra makes a lot of sense for our work. There is more open space here than in the middle of the city, but it’s still a busy place with a lot of heavy lifting. We spend most of our time out in the shed or the main storage area where the bags of grain are piled up to the ceiling. The air usually smells like raw seeds and dry earth. It is a very hands-on job, and our clothes usually show the dust by the time we finish. We don't have a polished office with air conditioning in every corner; it’s more about the practical side of moving products from the fields to the market. The roads around Ghewra can be a bit rough, especially for the big trucks that come to pick up the supplies. We have a small team of local guys who know exactly how to stack the sacks so they stay put. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of weights on simple scales. We don't try to be anything other than a grain and oil business. It’s a different kind of life compared to the city center, but the work is just as steady and demanding.
