National Technical Research Organization

The National Technical Research Organization is located at 56, Gali No 15, in Pratap Nagar. That’s in Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi-91. It’s a busy little street, like most of the galis in this part of Delhi. We do technical research work here. It’s not the kind of place you see on TV with glowing lights and high-tech labs everywhere. It’s mostly just a lot of computers, cables, and people sitting at desks trying to figure things out. The building itself is an older one, number 56, and it fits right in with the rest of the street. It can get a bit loud with the neighbors and the local shops nearby, but we’re used to the noise by now. We have a small team here and everyone knows each other’s business. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you usually just walk in and find whoever you’re looking for in one of the rooms. The stairs are a bit narrow and the lighting isn't always the best, but it works for what we need. We’ve been in Mayur Vihar for quite some time now. Most of us take the metro or ride bikes to get here because the parking in the gali is almost impossible most days. It’s a very grounded place to work. We don't have any big corporate slogans on the walls or anything like that. We just come in, do our research, and deal with the Delhi heat like everyone else. It’s a practical office.
