Narendra Verma

Narendra Verma is just the name on the door here at Bhagwan Das Road 241. We have been operating out of this address for a good stretch of time now and it feels like home to most of us who work here. The road outside is usually packed with cars and people trying to get somewhere else but inside we just focus on the day's work. It is an old-fashioned office in a way. We have big filing cabinets that are starting to rust at the edges and a few ceiling fans that wobble when they are on the high setting. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the requests as they come in. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do but mostly we try to get home before the sun goes down. The windows look out onto the street and you can see the tea seller on the corner doing a good trade. We go down there a couple of times a day. It is a very normal place to work. No one is trying to impress anyone with big words or expensive suits. We just wear what is comfortable and do the tasks that are sitting on the table. It is steady work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. Even when the heat is bad we just keep the fans going and get through the pile of files on the desk.
