S. S. Hospi Wears

S. S. Hospi Wears is over in Nangloi, specifically at C-142 Kavita Colony. We are very close to the Nangloi Metro Station, which is handy for everyone. Being near the station means there’s always a lot of activity around us. We focus on making clothes for hospitals, so the place is usually full of rolls of plain, sturdy fabric. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s something that is always needed. The workshop isn't very large, so we have to stay organized or we run out of room to move. There’s a small desk near the front where we keep our papers, but mostly it’s just sewing stations. The walls are a bit bare and the paint is peeling in a couple of spots, but it doesn't bother us. We are more interested in what’s on the machines. Sometimes the power flickers when the metro goes by, or at least that’s what it feels like. We’ve been in Kavita Colony for some time now and we know the tea seller on the corner quite well. He brings us chai twice a day. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just do the work, pack the bags, and get them sent out to the people who need them. It’s a straightforward life here in Nangloi and we like it that way. We get our work done and go home to our families when the day is finally over.
