Ptm Infotech

We started Ptm Infotech here in Shyam Vihar Phase-i some time ago. It is just a small place at F-26 where we handle various tech stuff for people in the neighborhood. Usually, folks come by when their computers start acting up or they need help with some software thing they can't quite figure out on their own. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. We just have a few desks, some tools, and us trying to fix things properly. Most days are pretty busy with random repairs. We have seen all sorts of broken screens and slow hard drives over the years. Sometimes the place gets a bit messy with cables and parts everywhere, but we know where everything is kept. Living and working around here means we see the same faces every day. It’s nice because people just drop in to ask a quick question without making a big deal out of it. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes a part takes a day longer to arrive than we wanted, but we do what we can. It’s a straightforward job. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure your laptop works so you can get back to your own life. Being in Phase-i is convenient for the locals. We have been at this spot for a while now.
