Down on Ram Kishore Road in Civil Lines, you’ll find NAILINGS CONSTRUCTION LLP. We are up on the first floor at 18/1. Civil Lines has a different feel than the rest of North Delhi. It’s got these old trees and a bit more breathing room, though it still gets plenty busy. Our office is in one of those buildings that has seen a lot of history. The ceilings are high and the floorboards sometimes creak when you walk over them. We have a view of the street from the balcony, which is a nice spot to take a breather. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. Just some sturdy desks, a few computers, and a lot of coffee mugs. It’s a quiet place to work compared to some of the industrial areas. We spend our time going over drawings and making sure the numbers add up. Sometimes the mail gets delivered to the wrong floor, so we have to go hunting for it. We like the pace here. It’s professional but relaxed. We aren't interested in being the biggest company, just in doing our work steadily. If you’re walking from the metro, it’s a nice little stroll past the old houses. We’ve been at this address for some time now and it suits us just fine. It’s just a group of us working hard in 110054 and trying to do a decent job every day.
