My Nest Condominium Llp

We are located on the 3rd Floor of C 1 in the West End area of New Delhi. It’s a nice, calm part of the city to work in. My Nest Condominium Llp has been running out of this space for some time now. We handle things related to condominiums and managing living spaces for residents. Our office is a working space, so you’ll see a lot of papers and architectural drawings scattered around. We aren't into the whole corporate image thing. We just have our desks and some chairs where we sit and figure out the day's schedule. It’s a lot of coordinating with maintenance people and checking on building rules. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view, though mostly it’s just other buildings. We don’t do any big advertising. People usually find us because they live in one of the places we look after. It’s a pretty direct way of doing business. We deal with the usual Delhi issues like power cuts or water stuff, and we just try to keep things running. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and then go home to our own families. It’s a steady job and we like the people we work with. West End is a good place for us to be based.
