Grover Industries

Our place, Grover Industries, is situated in Mundka, not too far from the NSC Bose Road. It is a busy part of the outskirts where a lot of manufacturing happens. We have a decent-sized space here, but it is always filled to the brim with materials and machines. It’s not a quiet office. You can hear the sounds of the machines running almost all day long. We started this years ago with just a couple of tools and a lot of hope. Now we have a few more people helping out, but we still run it like a small family shop. We don't go in for big corporate policies or HR departments. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over lunch or during a quick break. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, and sometimes the electricity cuts off, which slows us down. But we just pick up where we left off once the power is back. We don't have a marketing budget or any fancy brochures. We just rely on doing a decent job so people come back next time they need something made. We live nearby, so we are part of this local community. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a solid business and provide for our families in this corner of Delhi.
