Maruti Stationery

Maruti Stationery has been a part of Janakpuri for a good while now. We are located at C-3/5, which is right opposite the C-4 E Market. It’s a great spot because there are always people around doing their shopping. We get a lot of students from the nearby schools and office workers looking for pens or notebooks. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of things. We have paper, pencils, files, and everything else you’d expect. It’s a bit of a squeeze to get through the aisles sometimes, but that’s because we try to keep a bit of everything in stock. We don't have a computer system to track everything; we just know what’s on the shelves. My family has been running this place, and we’ve seen kids grow up and start bringing their own kids in for school supplies. We don't do any big promotions or sales. We just put a price on things and talk to the people who come in. Janakpuri is a busy area, and being across from the E Market means there is never a dull moment. We open early and stay open until the evening. It’s a simple shop, but it serves the neighborhood and that’s what we wanted when we started. We enjoy being here.
