Multitec

We are based at Plot No 120 on the Palam Gurgaon Road in Kapashera. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s a good spot for what we do at Multitec. The road outside is always busy with trucks and buses moving between Gurgaon and Delhi. Our plot is a decent size, which gives us enough room to handle our daily tasks without stepping on each other's toes too much. We do a lot of technical work here, though the office itself is pretty plain. We have a few desks and a lot of equipment spread out across the floor. It’s the kind of place where work comes first and appearances come last. We've been in Kapashera for a while now and have seen more buildings go up around us every year. The dust from the road can be a bit much in the summer, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. We aren't big on meetings or corporate talk. Usually, we're just busy fixing things or checking the latest batch of products. People who come to see us usually know what they want, so we don't have to do much talking anyway. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where everyone knows their job and does it without a lot of fuss.
