MUKUL INTERNATIONAL

Our business, Mukul International, is tucked away at Rza-3/31 in Chanakya Place. We are quite close to the Madina Masjid, so the calls to prayer are a regular part of our day. The neighborhood is very lively and the streets are quite narrow, which makes it interesting when we have deliveries coming in or going out. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you don’t know the way. We deal with various goods and international trading, though the office itself is very modest. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of ledgers. My family has been around this area for a long time, so we know all the shopkeepers nearby. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to suppliers or checking on shipping schedules. It can be stressful when a container is stuck somewhere, but that’s just the nature of the business. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth has always been how people find us. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones act up, but we manage to get the orders processed one way or another. It’s just us doing our best to keep things moving and making sure the people we work with are satisfied with what they get. It is a simple operation, run by people who care about getting the details right every day.
