Working out of Sansad Marg, right near the Supreme Court of India, is a bit different than being in a quiet suburb. It’s a very busy part of New Delhi, and there’s always something happening right outside the door at number 320. Being Mukesh Jain in this area means dealing with a lot of noise and a lot of people moving fast. My space isn't huge, but it's enough for what needs to happen. I've been here for a while, and you get used to the security and the constant flow of traffic. It's a serious place, but I try to keep things a bit more relaxed once you get inside. I don't have a big team of people; it's mostly just me handling the day-to-day things that come across the desk. Sometimes the paperwork piles up a bit more than I’d like, and the desk gets a bit buried under various folders. I usually grab lunch from one of the nearby spots when I get a spare minute. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls or modern art. It's just a functional office where the work gets done. People know where to find me because of the central location. It's easy to describe where I am, even if the traffic makes it hard to get here some afternoons. I don't see myself moving to a quieter spot anytime soon. There's an energy here that you don't get elsewhere.
