M/S Semac Pvt.Ltd

We've been operating out of this flat in Dilshad Garden for a while now. It's not a big fancy office building, just a regular place in D-Pocket where Farzan Dalal is. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just looking for the address near the local park. Being in Delhi means there's always something going on outside, but inside we just try to get the work done on time. It gets a bit crowded when the whole team is here, but it works for us. We handle a lot of technical stuff for M/S Semac Pvt.Ltd from this spot. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic is a mess, but that's just part of living in this city. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. Most of our day is spent at the desks, looking at plans or answering the phone. If you're coming over, it's easier to just ask for Flat 184 because the pocket numbers can be confusing. We like it here because it feels like a real neighborhood, not some sterile business park. It's been our base for a good stretch of time and we know the tea stall guys pretty well. Not much more to say really, we just keep our heads down and do the jobs that come in. It’s a quiet enough setup for the most part, though the doorbell rings at odd hours sometimes. We just deal with things as they come and try to keep our paperwork in order for the next day.
