We are located at Plot No. C 105 in Raju Park, which is in the Khanpur area. We’re quite close to Batra Hospital, which is the main thing people look for when they’re coming to see us. The shop handles a variety of security hardware. We’ve got cameras, alarms, and all the bits and pieces that go with them. It’s a practical business. We aren't sitting around in suits; usually, we're in work clothes because we’re moving boxes or testing out a new DVR system. Khanpur is a busy spot, and Raju Park has a mix of homes and small shops. This means we see a lot of different people. One day it might be a homeowner who wants a doorbell camera, and the next it’s a shopkeeper needing a full setup for their store. We try to keep things grounded. We tell people what works and what’s probably a waste of their money. The shop itself is pretty basic. We have a counter, some shelves, and a back area for repairs. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a big shipment comes in and we have to find space for everything. We've been doing this long enough that we don't get surprised by much anymore.
