Mritunjay Buildwell Private Limited

Our office for Mritunjay Buildwell Private Limited is located in Munirka, specifically in the village area. It is on the second floor of building 248-A. If you know South Delhi, you know how these village lanes can be a bit of a maze sometimes. We have been here for a bit now, just handling the day-to-day tasks that come with being in the building business. The space is simple. We have a few chairs, some computers, and a lot of maps and plans lying around. It gets quite busy in Munirka with all the students and folks living nearby, so there is always something happening outside. We usually start the day early before the heat gets too bad. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so we tell people to watch their step. It is not like those big glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. It is a practical spot for us to manage our projects from. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how things are going on the ground. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and keep working. It is just a normal office where we do our jobs and try to stay organized among all the paperwork. We are just local people trying to make a living in the city and keep things moving forward.
