Our office is tucked away in this neighborhood. It’s a practical space where we handle different business solutions. We don't have a giant glass building. It’s more like a converted space that suits our needs perfectly. There are plenty of trees around, which is a nice change from the more crowded parts of Delhi. Inside, it's pretty basic. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and the usual office stuff. We aren't interested in looking like a Silicon Valley startup. We just want to provide decent services to our clients. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be fixing a server, and the next you're helping with paperwork. It's never boring. We have our own way of doing things, and it works for us. We don't follow all those modern management trends. We just talk to each other and get the tasks done. Most of us have been working here for a while. We know the local shops where we get our snacks. We don't really have a big dress code or anything, just whatever is comfortable for a day at the desk. It makes for a relaxed atmosphere while we get through our work.
