We are located up on the third floor of building 157-E/9 in Kishangarh. It's right there in Ward Number 9, and the flat number is 1. If you know Vasant Kunj, you know it's a mix of everything. The stairs are a bit steep, so we get our exercise every day. Mohit Ashraf Construction & Developers Private Limited has been operating from this flat for a bit. It’s a functional space, nothing too special to look at. We have a few desks and some old cabinets full of project files. Most of our time isn't even spent here; we are usually out at construction sites checking on progress. It gets dusty, and the Delhi sun is no joke when you're out there. Back at the office, it's quieter, which is good for when we need to sit down and do the math for a new build. We’re just regular people trying to build stuff that stays up. There's a local market nearby where we grab lunch most days. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we manage. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. We deal with the usual headaches of permits and sourcing materials. It’s a lot of back and forth with suppliers. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current task. It’s basic, hard work, but we like seeing things grow from the ground up.
