You can find Mohan Telecom at Shop Number 12 on the ground floor. We are inside the Tiptop Shopping Centre at 12/14, right across from Ganpati Plaza on Saraswati Marg. Karol Bagh is always loud and crowded, but that's why we like being here. There’s always someone walking by the shop. We mostly handle phones, recharges, and small electronics. The shop isn't very big, but we’ve squeezed in enough glass counters to show what we have. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people come in at once. We spend our days dealing with screen repairs or helping people pick out a new charger. Being on the ground floor helps because people don't have to hunt for us. We’ve seen many shops in Tiptop come and go, but we’ve stayed put. The morning starts with opening the shutters and cleaning the dust off the displays—Karol Bagh has a lot of dust. We stay open until late because that's when the market is busiest. There's no fancy marketing here, just us sitting behind the counter talking to customers. Some are regulars who just come for a quick fix or a chat. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Delhi, just a reliable one that's there when you need a new cable or a quick fix. We keep things simple and honest for everyone.
