Our base of operations is House Number 80/98 in Mohan Garden, over in Uttam Nagar. It’s part of the Gram Sabha area. We focus on construction and managing different building projects around West Delhi. The office is really just a place for us to gather and figure out the schedule for the week. We do a lot of the hands-on work ourselves or supervise the crews closely. Uttam Nagar is very crowded, so we spend a lot of time just getting from one place to another. We handle the basic infrastructure and building needs of the local area. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a dedicated group of us trying to do right by the people who hire us. We deal with all the typical construction headaches like rain, missing parts, or machine breakdowns. We don't have a polished image and we don't try to pretend we're something we aren't. We’re just builders. Most of our days are spent in the dirt and dust of a construction site. When we are back at the house in Mohan Garden, we’re usually just catching up on phone calls or trying to organize the next delivery of bricks. It’s a straightforward business and we keep it that way. We've lived in this area a long time, so we know how things work.
