M.J. Technicals

M.J. Technicals is located in Dilshad Garden. We are in Pocket-E, specifically at Office No- 183/A. It is a typical Delhi neighborhood, which means it is very cramped and always moving. Finding a place to park around here is a total nightmare, as anyone who visits us quickly finds out. We handle various technical services and repairs for our clients. Our office is quite small and simple. It is mostly filled with spare parts, toolboxes, and some old paperwork that we have not gotten around to filing properly yet. We spend a lot of our time out on service calls. Being in a place like Dilshad Garden means we can get to different parts of the city relatively easily, though the traffic usually has other plans for us. The staff here is just a few technicians and someone to handle the phone calls. We do not have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just talk to each other and get the daily things done. Sometimes we have to work late into the night to finish a job for a client who is in a big rush. That is just part of being in the service industry. We do not use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to people. If something is broken, we tell you it is broken and then we try to fix it. It is a modest business.
