We've been at the ground floor shop in Sector A, Vasant Kunj for a while now. Most people know us around the LSC. It’s just a small office where we handle our development projects and paperwork. Dealing with building stuff in Delhi is always a bit of a juggle, but we manage. My brother and I started this because we knew the area well and saw how much was changing. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just us at our desks, answering calls and looking over site plans. If you walk past Pocket A, you’ll see our sign. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the local traffic, but it’s a good spot to be. We handle the day-to-day things that come with running a private limited firm. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a plot or a bit of construction work. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here likes those long, complicated meetings. We just get to the point. It’s been a few years now since we set up shop here in the local shopping complex. The coffee place nearby is where we spend half our time anyway. We’re just local people trying to get the work done right without making a big fuss about it. If you need to find us, Unit 13 is easy to spot once you get into the market area. We keep our files organized on old metal shelves and the walls are mostly covered in maps of the city.
