Minicode Technologies Llp

Minicode Technologies Llp has a bit of a long address, but we are basically at H No 106 on the first floor, Gali Number 3, Kh No 899 900 in Shakti Vihar. That’s in the Meethapur Extension of Badarpur. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't from this side of town, but it’s where we’ve set up our shop. The office is on the first floor, so it’s just one flight of stairs up. We’ve got a decent little space where we handle all our tech projects. It’s not a glass-and-steel building, just a regular place in a busy street. We like it because it’s real and we are right there with the local community. The streets can be a bit dusty and loud with all the construction and traffic, but inside we just focus on our screens and our code. We are a small team and we don't have any layers of management or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk to each other and fix it. We don't use any fancy talk about what we do. We just do the work we are paid to do and try to keep our heads down. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of doing things, and we’ve been doing it like this for quite some time now. We just focus on the code and the daily chores.
