Minda Infrastructure Llp is based at B-64/1 in the Wazirpur Industrial Area. If you’ve ever spent any time in this part of New Delhi, you’ll know it’s a real working neighborhood with a lot of trucks and activity all day long. Our office is right in the middle of that busy atmosphere. The pin code here is 110052. It’s definitely not a quiet place. It suits the kind of work we do just fine, though. The building is functional and straightforward. It's built for work rather than looking pretty for visitors. We spend our time here dealing with all the daily tasks that come our way. Inside B-64/1, the space is filled with desks, some old filing cabinets, and the constant hum of the fans. We don’t have a fancy reception area. There is nobody waiting to open the door in a suit. It’s just a place where we put our heads down and get things done. The industrial area has its own particular rhythm. We’ve become a part of that over the years. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty from the units nearby, but we just clean up and keep moving forward. New Delhi is a big place and can be hard to navigate. Once you find the B-64 block, we’re easy to spot. It’s a no-nonsense environment, and that’s exactly what we need to stay focused on the day.
