Mind Shaper Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is situated over in Naraina, specifically at Plot No. A-1 in Phase 2. If you know where the Naraina PVR is, we are very close to that. It’s a handy landmark because almost everyone in this part of Delhi knows where the cinema is. Our building is in the industrial area, so there are always trucks and vans moving around the nearby streets. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our workstations set up and a small corner where we grab tea during our breaks. It gets a little noisy with the industrial work happening in the neighboring plots, but you get used to it after a week or two. We’ve been at this address for a while now and we like the location. It’s easy for the staff to get to, and having the PVR nearby is nice for after-work stuff. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we’d rather just have good equipment for the work we do. There’s no big corporate vibe here; it’s more like a group of people who’ve worked together for a long time and know how to get things done. Sometimes the electricity acts up in this phase, but we have our backups ready. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here in Naraina. We keep things pretty informal and just focus on the projects we have at hand.
