Mimsarc

We are located on the third floor of 43/6 in East Patel Nagar. Mimsarc is a small operation, and being on the third floor means we have to walk up and down a lot of stairs every day, which keeps us moving. Our workspace is pretty simple, with a few desks and some shelves filled with samples and reference books. It is not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist. We just have an open area where we sit and work on our various projects. East Patel Nagar is a lively neighborhood, so there is always a lot of activity happening on the street below. We can hear the traffic and the street vendors from our windows, but it usually just becomes background noise after a while. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or drawing things out on paper. Sometimes we have meetings at the small table in the center of the room, but mostly we just keep to ourselves and get our tasks done. We do not really follow a strict corporate schedule; if the work is there, we stay until it is finished, and if things are quiet, we might head home early. The building itself is a bit old, and the elevator does not always work, so we just take the stairs. It is a practical place for us to work without any unnecessary distractions or overhead.
