Miglani Builders Private Limited operates out of Flat No. 1169-A in Sector-B, Pocket-1 of Vasant Kunj. It’s a residential flat, so it feels very different from working in a glass office building in a business park. We have desks set up in what would normally be the living area and bedrooms. It makes for a very relaxed atmosphere, though we are still busy most of the time. Vasant Kunj is a quiet enough area, which is good for us because we do a lot of planning and coordinating for our building projects from here. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into the right pocket of Sector B. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so if someone comes to the door, whoever is closest just goes to answer it. There’s usually a pile of blueprints on the dining table and someone is always looking for a pen that works. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We spend a lot of our time talking to contractors or checking on material deliveries. Being in a flat means we can cook our own lunch sometimes, which is a nice change from eating out every day. We’ve been here for a while and the space works for us. It’s just a regular group of people doing their jobs in a normal neighborhood setting, trying to keep the projects on track without any extra drama.
