We set up Microshell Technology India Private Limited at 136 Ph 1 quite some time ago. It's a decent area, though parking can be a nightmare on Mondays when everyone is heading back to work. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us working through spreadsheets and dealing with tech support calls that come in throughout the day. We aren't the type to wear suits or have big meetings in glass rooms. Usually, someone brings in snacks from the local bakery and we just sit at our stations until the work is finally done. It’s a bit noisy because of the fans in the server room, but you get used to it after a week or two. We handle a mix of things, mostly back-end work that nobody really sees but everyone needs to keep their systems going. Some of the guys have been here since the start and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to get things right the first time. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or making things look pretty for visitors who rarely show up anyway. The focus is always on the machines and the code we write. Sometimes we stay late when a client has an emergency that can't wait until tomorrow. It’s just part of the job. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up, do the hours, and head home. It is a practical way to run things.
