MIB CONSTRUCTIONS AND INTERIORS PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Okhla Vihar, right in the middle of Jamia Nagar. You can find us at H. No. B-21, on the ground floor of Gali No 5. It is a busy spot in South Delhi, 110025. We do both construction and interior work, which means our office is always full of samples—bits of wood, tile pieces, and color swatches are everywhere. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Working in Okhla Vihar is interesting because the energy of the neighborhood never stops. We have a small group of people here who handle the design stuff and the actual building management. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. Our meetings usually happen over a cup of tea, sitting around a desk that has seen better days. Dealing with interiors means we have to be very careful with details, but at the end of the day, we are still a construction firm at heart. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and making sure the workers have what they need. Some days the traffic in Jamia Nagar makes it hard to get anywhere, so we end up doing a lot of work over the phone. We don't have a fancy philosophy to share. We just try to get the walls straight and the cabinets fitted properly for the people who hire us.
