MGRP INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place is at B-80, Kh no. 82/9 on the upper ground floor. We are in Mahavir Enclave, which is near Palam in New Delhi. MGRP Infrastructure Private Limited is what we call ourselves. The office is right there in the middle of the residential blocks. It’s a busy area with kids playing outside and people going to work. We spend our days managing various infrastructure tasks. It could be anything from pipes to roads. We have a small team that knows the area well. The upper ground floor is nice because we don't have too many stairs to climb. We keep our schedules on a big whiteboard on the wall. Sometimes things get crossed out and changed at the last minute. That’s just construction for you. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just talk to people and get work through word of mouth. It works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big glass building. We just want to make sure the jobs we take on are finished right. Sometimes the materials are expensive, and we have to shop around. We try to be fair and just do the work. It’s a regular office with regular people. We have a ceiling fan that squeaks a bit, but we don't mind. When the sun hits the window in the afternoon, it gets pretty warm, so we keep the fan on high and keep working.
