Mettle Construction And Leasing Private Limited is on the third floor of Saira Tower. That's in the Gulmohar Enclave commercial complex. It’s a decent area of South Delhi, and it usually gets pretty busy around lunch time with people from the nearby offices. We handle a mix of things here, including some building work and some leasing of commercial spaces. It keeps the day interesting because you never know who is going to call or walk in. The office has a few desks and a lot of metal filing cabinets for all the lease agreements we have to keep track of. We spend a good chunk of our time checking on properties or making sure the construction side of things is moving along. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes the elevators in the tower are slow, which is a bit of a pain when you're in a hurry to get to a site. We’ve been in this spot for a while. It’s not a huge team, just enough people to keep the wheels turning. We don't do much in the way of advertising; mostly people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign on the building. Dealing with property in Delhi is always a bit of a headache with the paperwork and the back-and-forth, but we’re used to it by now. We just take it one day at a time.
