Being in a market like Vardhman means there is always a lot of foot traffic and activity nearby. Our shop is a practical space where we handle all our retail business. We don't have a giant warehouse or a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s just this shop where we organize our inventory and deal with the day-to-day needs of the business. Dwarka is a good place for us because the roads are wide and it’s easier for people to reach us compared to some of the narrower parts of Delhi. We don't use any fancy language or try to sell ourselves with big promises. We just open the shop, check the stock, and handle whatever needs to be done. Some days we are busy with deliveries, and other days we spend time just making sure the shelves are tidy. It’s straightforward retail work.
