Megasoft Solution India Pvt Ltd is located on the first floor of House No 7 in New Delhi. It’s a typical Delhi building where the ground floor is something else and we’re right above. Getting up the stairs is a bit of a workout every morning. Inside, it's mostly just desks, chairs, and the hum of the air conditioner trying its best. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. We use old wooden tables and some mismatched chairs we’ve picked up over the years. The street outside is usually loud with cars and people shouting, but we’ve gotten used to it. We drink a lot of water and focus on the screens. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the weather is really messy. We handle our daily operations without much fuss. If something breaks, we usually try to fix it ourselves before calling anyone. It’s just a small group of people working together in a rented house space. We don't have big meetings in boardrooms. We just talk across the room when something needs to be said. That’s how we operate here in New Delhi. It's practical and it gets the job done for us every single day without any unnecessary drama or complications.
