We are based in Laxmibhai Nagar at number 273 in New Delhi. It is a small place where we handle communication services and some basic computer work. I started this shop because I have always been good with electronics and it felt like the right thing to do. The shop is quite small and filled with wires, old monitors, and various spare parts that might come in handy one day. It is not very fancy and the paint on the walls is starting to peel in a few places. I spend most of my day sitting at the main desk, either fixing a piece of equipment or helping someone with their connection. Laxmibhai Nagar is a busy residential area, so I have people dropping in all the time for small favors or to ask for advice. It gets quite cramped inside, especially when I have several repairs waiting to be picked up. I don't have a large staff, usually just one young guy who helps me out with deliveries and errands. The power in this area can be a bit unreliable, so we have to deal with that sometimes. I don't use any corporate language or try to sound like a big company. I am just a local guy running a shop that helps people stay connected. It is a busy life, but I like being part of the community here in Delhi.
