Medica Podium

Our place is located in Jai Vihar, Najafgarh. It’s at House No -75, near the Chandri Poly Clinic. We call it Medica Podium. It’s not a huge office or anything. It is basically a spot where we manage medical supplies and handle some healthcare-related services for the community. Most of our work involves coordinating between suppliers and the local clinics around here. The area can be quite dusty and the roads aren't always great, but we’ve been here long enough to get used to it. My desk is usually covered in invoices and product catalogues. We deal with things like diagnostics tools and basic clinic equipment. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists to make sure we didn't miss anything. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or glossy brochures to hand out. It’s just a functional space where we get things done. Sometimes people wander in from the poly clinic looking for something specific, and we try to help them out if we have it in the back. It’s a busy neighborhood and there is always something going on outside the window. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the orders right. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the local doctors. We’ve built up a decent relationship with the people around here just by being consistent and showing up every day. That’s how we operate our little business in this part of Delhi.
