You’ll find Mccoy Architectural Solutions in the basement of C-1 in Dayanand Colony. Lajpat Nagar IV is a busy area, so being in the basement actually gives us a bit of peace from the street noise outside. We work on various building and hardware solutions for local projects. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s where we get things done and manage our inventory. We have samples of handles, fittings, and other architectural bits scattered around the tables. Clients usually come in to look at materials or discuss how to finish a project they’re working on. The lighting isn't the best down here, but we have enough lamps to see the fine details. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors in the colony know us. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the entrance because the signs are small, so we have to go out and wave them down. We don't use a lot of fancy software for every little thing; sometimes a quick sketch on a piece of paper works better to explain an idea. It’s just a practical way of working. We handle orders for big sites and also for people just fixing up their own homes. There’s always some dust from the samples or the construction happening nearby. We just keep our heads down and manage the orders as they come in. It’s a bit cramped when we get a lot of inventory, but we manage to fit it all in.
