We don’t go in for anything too flashy in terms of decor. It’s a working office with plenty of desks, computers, and rolls of blueprints leaning against the walls. Dayanad Colony has a nice feel to it, and being at C/1 means we’ve been part of the local landscape for some time. We spend most of our hours figuring out how to make buildings more functional. It’s a lot of measuring, drawing, and then drawing it all over again when things change. We don't use any complicated marketing speak. We just talk about bricks, mortar, and floor plans. If someone has a question about a project, we just sit down and look at the drawings together. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed, even when we have a lot on our plates. We like the fact that we’re in a real neighborhood rather than a sterile office park. It keeps us grounded in the kind of work we do. Every day is different, but the goal is always just to get the plans right and make sure everything is on track.
