Being tucked away in Sector 4 of Pushp Vihar puts us quite close to Saket, which is a busy part of New Delhi. Our office at number 86 is where Manya Education Pvt Ltd operates from. It’s a brick-and-mortar kind of place, nothing too flashy or modern. We have a few rooms filled with desks and those standard blue chairs you see everywhere. The area near Saket is always buzzing, so there’s a lot of noise from the road that drifts in if we leave the windows open. We mostly keep them shut to keep the dust out. Inside, it’s just the usual day-to-day work of looking at education files and checking off lists. There’s a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when the afternoon slump hits. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy waiting lounge. If someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and helps them out. The neighborhood is okay, though parking can be a real headache if you get here after nine in the morning. We’ve grown used to the quirks of the building, like the way the door sticks in the rain or how the lights take a second to stop flickering when you first turn them on in the morning. It’s just our regular workplace where we spend our eight hours.
