Mando Softtech India

The work at Mando Softtech India happens right on the edge of Delhi and Haryana. It is one of those places where you are never quite sure which side of the border you are on sometimes. The commute is the main thing everyone talks about here. Some of the staff come in from the Delhi side and others drive over from Haryana. We deal with the typical NCR weather, which means it is either freezing or boiling. Our office is pretty basic. We have some desks, some old filing cabinets that we should probably throw out, and a lot of power strips. We focus on software stuff, but the atmosphere is more like a small workshop than a corporate office. There is always someone complaining about the traffic on the main road or the latest construction project that is slowing everything down. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just come in and find someone. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know each other's habits. We eat lunch together usually, just sitting around the main table. It is not the kind of place with a dress code. We just wear what is comfortable and try to get through the task list for the day. It is a bit disorganized at times, with papers piled up on the corners of desks, but we know where everything is. It is just a regular job in a busy part of the country for a bunch of local guys.
