Innovative Tensile Pvt. Ltd. is based out of 17/1 Mandi Hills. Being located in the Mandi Hills area is a bit different from being in the middle of the city. It is a little more spread out and you don't have that same frantic energy as Nehru Place or CP. We work on tensile structures, which is basically a lot of specialized fabric and metal work for various spaces. Most of our time is spent figuring out how to make these structures work for different environments. The office is pretty simple inside. We have our drawings and our samples lying around. It can get a bit dusty because of the nature of the materials we handle, but that is just part of the job we do. We are not big on formal meetings or long presentations. Usually, we just stand around a table and figure things out together. Sometimes we go out to the sites to see how things are coming along. It is a practical business. We started here because the location suited our needs for space. It is not a place with a lot of shops or cafes nearby, so we usually bring our own lunch or get something simple from a local spot. We have a small team and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. It is just about getting the work done and making sure the structures are set up properly. We don't really see the need for all that marketing talk.
