Our office is at B-83 in Shivalik, New Delhi. It’s a nice enough spot and easy to find once you’re in the area. We’ve been working as an associates team here for quite some time. It’s not a corporate headquarters or anything. It’s just our workspace where we figure out how to put buildings together. We spend a lot of time on the computer and also out at sites, making sure things are being built correctly. We don’t really use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just show the plans and explain what needs to happen next. There’s usually a lot of blueprints scattered around the office. We like the Shivalik area because it’s central for us. We deal with all sorts of projects, some big and some quite small. It’s mostly about making sure the person who hired us gets what they need without too much fuss. We’ve had our fair share of long nights when a project is due, but that’s just part of the job. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we do the drawings, we check the sites, and we go home. It’s just honest work by people who have been doing this for years. No frills, just design. Sometimes we have to argue with contractors, but it’s all to get the job done right in the end.
