Management Facilitators

Management Facilitators is located at 420 Sant Nagar, in the East of Kailash area of New Delhi. It’s a busy part of town, and our office reflects that. We’ve been here for a long time, working with different people on how to facilitate better business practices. It sounds fancy, but really it’s just about helping people talk to each other and get things done. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and we’re there. The space at 420 is full of charts and notes from our meetings. We spend a lot of time listening. People come to us when things aren't going right in their offices. We don't promise miracles. We just look at the situation and offer some practical steps. The traffic in East of Kailash is usually a nightmare, so we’ve learned to be patient. That patience helps with the work too. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Delhi. We just want to be the one that actually helps when someone is stuck. We eat our lunch at our desks and stay late when a project needs it. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work. We’ve been at this address for years, and we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a community, and we’re just part of it.
