Maharaja Surajmal Institute Of Technology

I’ve been working at Maharaja Surajmal Institute Of Technology for a while now. We are located right in C-4 Janak Puri, which is a pretty busy part of Delhi. Most days start early with students coming through the gates and the sounds of the neighborhood waking up. It’s not fancy here, just a solid place where people come to learn and get through their courses. The classrooms have seen a lot of use over the years. We deal with the usual stuff like broken fans sometimes or the internet acting up when everyone tries to get online at once. People from all over Janak Puri know where we are because we’ve been here in C-4 for quite some time. It is a bit of a walk from the metro, but everyone manages. The staff rooms are usually full of papers and half-empty tea cups. We just try to keep things running so the students can get their degrees and move on to whatever is next for them. It gets really crowded during exam time, and you can feel the stress in the hallways. Otherwise, it’s just a normal routine of lectures and labs. We don't have those big shiny glass buildings you see in some other parts of the city. It’s just a practical setup for tech education. Sometimes the rain makes the entrance a bit messy, but that’s just how it is. We are just here doing our jobs day after day.
