Dwarka Sector 6 is always busy. We are up here in room 306. Every morning I open the shutters and look down at the Central Market. It's loud, but you get used to it after a while. We started Aarti Institute because kids around here needed a place to study after school. The chairs aren't the newest, but they do the job just fine. Some days the lift doesn't work right, so we walk up the stairs. It keeps us fit, I guess. We have some whiteboards and a lot of markers that always seem to run out of ink when you need them most. It's just a few of us running things here. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk and some books piled up in the corner. Sometimes parents come in to chat about their kids' grades while the tea gets cold on the table. It’s mostly about getting the work done. The lights hum a little bit in the afternoon heat. We spend a lot of time just talking through math problems or English grammar. It feels like a second home to some of the regulars. We’ve seen a lot of students pass through these doors over the years. Some come back to say hello, which is always nice. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, right here in the middle of the market.
