Anand Institute Of Mathematics

We’re tucked away in Hauz Khas at 28-B/6. It’s not a massive school or a big corporate center, just a place where we focus on mathematics. A lot of students come to us because they’re struggling with their numbers or they just want to get ahead before their exams. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a lot over the years. Our rooms are just filled with simple desks and whiteboards, and that’s about it. We don’t go in for big advertisements or loud posters to attract people. Most of the kids find us because their parents heard something good from a neighbor or a friend at school. Math can be a real pain for some people, and we just try to break it down so it makes a bit more sense. It’s not always easy, and there are days when everyone feels a bit frustrated with a tough problem. We just keep at it, working through the equations one by one until it clicks. It’s a quiet enough spot, which really helps when you’re trying to concentrate on tricky subjects. We aren't a big corporate chain with a million branches; it’s just this one place in Hauz Khas. We’re just local people who happen to be good with math and want to help out the students in the area. It feels good when a student finally gets that moment of clarity after weeks of trying. That's really why we do it every day.
