MAHANAGAR REALTY PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is located at L-5 & 6 in Green Park Extension. If you know Delhi, you know this area is always moving. We are right in the middle of it. Our office takes up a couple of units here, which gives us enough room to spread out our papers and maps. It’s a pretty standard Delhi office setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at project files. Green Park is a good place to be based because everything is relatively close by. Some days it’s quiet, and other days the street outside is just non-stop noise. We’ve got a small team here. We aren't trying to do anything flashy, just handling the property and project work that comes through our door. The office layout is a bit old-fashioned but it feels comfortable enough for the long hours we put in. Sometimes we have people dropping in to talk about local spots or just to check on things. We don't have a big receptionist area or anything like that. You just walk in and someone is usually there at a desk. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the neighborhood, even if parking can be a total nightmare during the middle of the day. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s been this way for a while and we don't expect it to change much soon.
